The making of potions and magical waters is common in many magical traditions, especially those of European origin.  I remember visiting a witch shop in Salem, Massachusetts years ago with my grandparents and seeing shelves full of “magical waters” which were herbal concoctions meant to be sprinkled around one’s general environment for a variety of purposes.  The following is a magical water that I developed to bring wealth and prosperity to a home or business.

 

You will need:

Three cups of water

One tablespoon of mustard seeds

One tablespoon dried rue

One tablespoon basil 

 

Bring the water to a boil and add the herbs.

Boil for exactly seven minutes.

As the mixture boils, hold your hands over the pot and envision money and wealth flowing into your life.

After seven minutes, cool and strain the liquid and reserve in a glass jar for future use.

You can sprinkle the water around your home or place of business on the night of the new moon or on a weekly basis to promote an increase in wealth.
